김치찜 Kimchi boiled dish
ingredients : Pork(Boned rip, chuck roll or the shank of beef) 600g, garlic, kelp, anchovy, clear strained rice wine 2 spoon, water 300ml, an old kimchi with a half head.
1. Boiling the kelp, anchovy and water in broth.
2. Pouring clear strained rice wine the pork, Kimchi in the pan, pour the broth and boil the meat thoroughly.
3. Cut meat into proper size.
4. Cut the kimchi into proper size and serve both kimchi and meat in a dish.
5. Eat happily^-^
